According to EFSA-authorised health claims, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and contributes to normal reproductive function. Each capsule of Hardero provides 10 mg of zinc (100% NRV).

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a botanical traditionally used as part of men's daily health routines. It is included in Hardero as a traditional botanical complement - not as a medicinal treatment. There is no EFSA-approved disease-risk-reduction claim for saw palmetto.
